Emergency Medical Services (EMS)
The Woodlands Fire Department provides paramedic-level advanced life support services in partnership with the Montgomery County Hospital District. With an average response time of 4.71 minutes, highly trained EMTs and paramedics deliver rapid, lifesaving care using advanced equipment and techniques.
In addition, Woodlands Fire Department personnel are trained in basic emergency medical services, allowing firefighters to begin care immediately upon arrival and support paramedics on scene. This coordinated approach ensures seamless, high-quality care from the moment help is requested through transport and treatment.
